  • Can you give me a quote over the phone?

    There are many different factors that contribute to the cost of tree services, such as; how large the tree is, what type of tree, access to the tree, etc. As a result, we need to see the tree and the location before we can give you a quote. Our inspections & quotes are free.

  • Do I need council approvals to remove or prune a tree?

    There is a good chance it can be removed without approval! All local councils have what’s called a Tree Preservation Order (TPO), which outlines rules for tree maintenance and removal. This allows you to check whether your tree can be removed without council approval. When we inspect your tree we will provide you with all relevant information.

  • Can you prune my neighbour’s trees overhanging in my yard?

    While you are legally allowed to prune any tree overhanging your boundaries, we encourage you to talk with your neighbours first. In many cases, we find that neighbours are happy to pick up or share the bill.

  • Do I need to be at home when the work is done?

    No, as long as we have access to the work that needs completed it is not necessary to be home for us to complete your job.

  • Does your quote include rubbish removals and tip fees?

    Our quotes are all-inclusive, so you will not have to pay for any other fees on top of your tree removal or pruning.
